The referral system lets Valley of Heroes players invite their friends, grow the community, and unlock permanent reward multipliers.

- Register once: You can only set an inviter during your very first mystery box mint. After that, the contract locks the value forever.
- Invite to earn: Every invitee who mints a mystery box under you increases your referral tier and boosts your HONOR rewards in Cursed Valley (up to 2.0x).
- Track in real time: Visit the in-game Referral dashboard (
/referral) to see invitee count, multiplier, and a built-in “Share on X” button.

❓ FAQ
What if I forgot to set an inviter?
If you already minted your first box without an inviter, the contract considers you self-registered. You can still invite other players and receive referral bonuses, but you can no longer attach yourself to someone else.
Do invitees need to mint on a specific page?
No. As long as the inviter address is supplied during their first mint (single or bulk), the referral will be recorded on-chain.
Where do the rewards apply?
Referral multipliers apply to HONOR rewards when your heroes leave the Cursed Valley. The multiplier is automatically pulled from the ValleyHeroes contract during reward calculation.
