How Referral Works​

💰 House Edge Revenue: Referral commissions are calculated from the house edge (5% base, reduced by bonuses), not from entry fees directly.

Commission Formula​

House Edge = Entry Fee × (5% - Bonuses)
Your Commission = House Edge × 25%
Total Earnings = Sum of all commissions from all invitees

Example Calculations​

Example 1: Single Invitee (No Bonuses)

  • Invitee pays: 100 MON entry fee
  • House edge: 100 × 5% = 5 MON
  • Your commission: 5 × 25% = 1.25 MON

Example 2: Single Invitee (With Bonuses)

  • Invitee pays: 100 MON entry fee
  • House edge with bonuses: 100 × 2% = 2 MON (3% reduction)
  • Your commission: 2 × 25% = 0.5 MON

Important Notes:

  • One-Time Setup: Players can set inviter at any time, but only once (cannot be changed after setting)
  • Permanent Lock: Once set, referral relationship is locked forever
  • Lifetime Earnings: All future house edge from invitee generates commission

Reward Pool Calculation​

The weekly reward pool is dynamically calculated to ensure fair and sustainable distributions:

Reward Pool Formula:

Reward Pool = Base Pool + Dynamic Bonus

Where:

  • Base Pool: A guaranteed minimum reward amount that scales with total weekly volume
    • Base pool increases proportionally as more players participate in Titan combat
    • Ensures rewards grow with community engagement and activity
  • Dynamic Bonus: Additional rewards calculated from contract treasury balance
    • Formula: (Contract Balance - Reserve Amount) / 5
    • This bonus grows as the community treasury accumulates funds
    • Ensures rewards scale with platform growth

Understanding the Components:

  • Contract Balance: The total amount of MON tokens held in the Titan Combat contract treasury
  • Reserve Amount: The initial capital amount that was deposited into the contract treasury.

Example 1: High Volume Week

  • Base Pool: 5,000 MON
  • Contract Balance: 50,000 MON
  • Reserve Amount: 10,000 MON
  • Dynamic Bonus: (50,000 - 10,000) / 5 = 8,000 MON
  • Total Reward Pool: 5,000 + 8,000 = 13,000 MON

Example 2: Low Volume Week

  • Base Pool: 1,000 MON (scaled down based on weekly volume)
  • Contract Balance: 50,000 MON
  • Reserve Amount: 10,000 MON
  • Dynamic Bonus: (50,000 - 10,000) / 5 = 8,000 MON
  • Total Reward Pool: 1,000 + 8,000 = 9,000 MON

💡 Why This Formula? This system ensures a stable base reward while allowing the pool to grow dynamically with platform activity. The reserve amount protects the treasury's long-term sustainability, while the dynamic bonus rewards top players proportionally as the community grows.
